Chris has more than thirty years of corporate and start-up company experience in both the technology and healthcare industry. His corporate experience includes positions at I.B.M., American Hospital Supply Corporation and CIGNA. He also has significant start-up company experience co-founding and serving as CEO of Apriva a wireless payment and secure communications company, co-founding NetSearch, a wireless application company acquired by Aether Systems, and co-founding iTool, a B2B e-commerce company, where he served as CEO and Chairman and was acquired by Onvia. Chris has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Arizona State University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
John has more than thirty years of marketing experience and has become one of the industry leaders in acquisition marketing. His most notable impact within the market was the creation and production of the LifeLock CEO Social Security campaign. During his tenure at LifeLock he was also awarded the “Best Short Form Branded DRTV Commercial” in 2012 and 2013 by the Electronics Retailing Association. John started and oversees the marketing of a sports nutrition company called Xendurance. His experience as an online certification specialist was fine-tuned at the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the Athletics Fitness Association of America where he helped to grow the revenue by 400% in four years. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcasting from Arizona State University where he earned All American honors in athletics.
Michael has more than 20 years of experience working at leading international network marketing/advertising agencies. His international client portfolio includes Fortune 500 companies such as Toshiba, Fujitsu, Siemens, Mars, Boehringer, GlaxoSmithKline, and Reckitt Benckiser. Michael has directed many new product launches and introduced the use of neuromarketing at Grey, an international advertising and marketing firm. Michael has won the global ATTICUS Award for original published thinking in marketing services and won 12 MLP awards and three EFFIES for most successful marketing campaigns. Michael has a B.S. in Communication from Westminster and a M.A. in Marketing from Webster University.
Lisa has twenty years of experience in the legal field, including substantial work in the technology and business processing outsourcing industries. Lisa has proven experience with hyper-growth and start-up companies in both the profit and not for profit arenas. Throughout her career, Lisa has supported enterprises in contract review and negotiation, financial transactions, real estate, compliance and regulation and a variety of corporate matters. Lisa holds a B.S. in Accounting from Arizona State University and earned her J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
